Who is CM Solutions and why do we offer Freelance Marketing Services?
CM Solutions was founded by Calli Miller in 2020.
After earning a degree in Hospitality Management from Endicott College in 2014, I spent about six years in Los Angeles, CA, working with tech startups and gaining tons of great experience in HR, office management, event planning, digital marketing, and more. Working across multiple departments allowed me to develop the confidence to juggle different assignments and support a variety of projects. I spent the majority of my time in California at ZipRecruiter Inc., then a fast-growing startup, where I gained valuable experience in operations, team management, and much more. I decided to leave ZipRecruiter after a few years to take on a new, more challenging role as a Director of Operations at another startup in Beverly Hills. Finally, during my last year in California, I took a part-time role at a marketing agency while running my own event planning LLC. All of these combined experiences led me to where I am today, and helped me build a strong foundation in social media marketing, website design, and email strategy.
When the pandemic hit, I shifted my focus fully to marketing, taking on a variety of projects while investing in my education to sharpen my skills. This experience inspired me to launch CM Solutions—offering creative, practical marketing services that help businesses connect with their audiences and boost brand awareness.
I grew up working in restaurants, breweries, hotels, at ski mountains, and more. Today, through CM Solutions, I find myself often partnering with these hospitality businesses to provide ongoing marketing services tailored to their needs. My goal is to combine my well-rounded career experiences with my marketing expertise to deliver real results.
CM Solutions serves businesses in the Mount Washington Valley (my hometown), Portland, ME, Biddeford, ME, and beyond. I offer both local on-site support and remote services. Cozy Mitchell
Cozy Mitchell is a born-and-raised Mount Washington Valley local who has always been incredibly creative and crafty. While working with CM Solutions, you may find her behind a camera, designing in Canva, putting together beautiful Reels, preparing email newsletters, and more. She has spent many years working with locally owned and operated businesses in the Valley, while also running her own business selling hand-made knits and other printed wearables. Born in the Mount Washington Valley, educated in Massachusetts, and tossed into the wild, wild West of Los Angeles, CA—Calli returned to her New England roots in 2020 to build her new freelance marketing studio. Back in California, she held jobs at startups that challenged her to think creatively, solve problems on the fly, and take ownership of a variety of different projects. Calli proudly takes all of her valuable past experiences and uses them to come up with the best strategies and tactics for her clients. Supporting small business owners while watching businesses grow and develop is an engaging and fulfilling venture.
James Lohan Joyce

James is a New England native who has worked and lived in Southern NH, Northern NH, and Boston, MA. He loves murder mystery podcasts, skiing, nachos with extra jalapenos, and spending quality time with his friends and his dog. He is a talented video and photo editor, copywriter, admin, and podcast producer. James was previously working behind the scenes on a podcast called Struggle To Strength. Today, he holds a full-time position as an Assistant Manager for Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Glen Ellis in Bartlett, NH while taking on creative projects on the side, part-time.
