CM Solutions was founded and directed by Calli Miller and officially came to fruition in the Spring of 2020.
After graduaing from Endicott College with a degree in Hospitality Management in 2014, I moved to Los Angeles, CA where I worked at a couple of different startups for about six years before moving back to New England. During my time in California, I held HR, office management, digital marketing, event planning, and business operations roles. I gained a lot of valuable experience working in HR and office management at ZipRecruiter Inc., juggling many different projects and supporting many different departments—back when the tech company was still just a startup. I later took a job as Director of Operations at another startup in the Cannabis Industry, where I found myself managing various marketing projects and managing tradeshow events on top of my usual HR and operations responsibilities. The year before I decided to move back to New England, I took an opportunity at a marketing agency called The Buckland Co. as an Independent Contractor. During this time, I also experimented with my own Event Planning LLC on the side. I became well-versed in different proven Social Media Marketing tactics, as well as effective Website Design and Email Marketing techniques.
When I returned to New England, I found myself in the middle of a global pandemic. After dissolving my Event Planning LLC from California, I was grateful to find a part-time Independent Contractor opportunity with a company called Easie. During my free time (which a lot of us had during the pandemic), I focused on furthering my marketing education and skills—taking online courses and practicing general design skills with Adobe Suite. I invested a lot of time and energy into figuring out the best way to offer valuable freelance marketing services to business owners and new entrepreneurs within my community.
Through CM Solutions, my goal is to help hardworking small business owners and new entrepreneurs take their marketing strategies and practices to the next level. I genuinely enjoy working with small business owners, as I admire their passion and hardworking, no-bullsh*t attitudes. I aim to provide customized, high-value Freelance Marketing Services to all of my clients, focusing on their long-term goals and real-life conversions.

Cozy Mitchell
Cozy Mitchell is a born-and-raised Mount Washington Valley local who has always been incredibly creative and crafty. While working with CM Solutions, you may find her behind a camera, designing in Canva, putting together beautiful Reels, preparing email newsletters, and more. She has spent many years working with locally owned and operated businesses in the Valley, while also running her product business selling hand-made knits and printed thrifts. Calli Miller
Born in the Mount Washington Valley, educated in Massachusetts, and tossed into the wild, wild West of Los Angeles, CA—Calli has returned to New England to build her new freelance marketing business. Back in California, she held jobs at tech startups that challenged her to think creatively, solve problems on the fly, and take ownership of many different projects. Working at a growing startup is an adventure that pushes you outside your comfort zone and fuels personal and professional growth. Calli proudly takes these valuable experiences and utilizes them within different marketing strategies and tactics, with the overall goal of supporting other small business owners and their businesses.
Owner & Marketing Specialist
James is a New England native who has worked and lived in Southern NH, Northern NH, and Boston, MA. He loves murder mystery podcasts, skiing, chicken fingers, and spending quality time with his friends. He is a very talented video and photo editor, as well as podcast producer. James is currently editing and producing a popular podcast called Struggle To Strength. He is a “James-of-all-trades” when it comes to creative marketing!
