We do not use long-term contracts. For all of our ongoing retainer clients, our agreement states that either party may terminate services at any time with 14 days (two weeks) written notice.

We use a weekly flat rate, billed every 4-weeks (monthly) for services rendered.

Your weekly flat rate will be determined based on various factors within the overall scope of work, including the estimated amount of hours required to complete the different tasks and responsibilities included in your package.

What may influence your weekly flat rate?
- The number of timeline posts per week.
- The amount of content creation required (taking and/or editing images/videos).
- The level and frequency of analytics reporting.
- Communication demands/needs (frequency of email, text, phone, and on-site meetings).

We do not track our services by the exact hour. While working together, some weeks may require more hours of work than others. We estimate the average weekly hours required for your specific package, which helps us come up with a fair weekly rate.

"Content Creation" involves the production and post-production of photo and video content used for Social Media Marketing (story posts, timeline posts, reels, and more). Our Content Creation services also include creating graphic design content using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express, and Canva Pro.

We use iPhones and a Canon EOS Rebel T8i DSLR camera to capture photos and videos for Social Media use. We use Adobe Lightroom, CapCut, Vixer, Lightleap, and more for photo and video editing.

DISCLAIMER: We are NOT professional photographers. We have limited gear and equipment and limited time to curate high-level photo and video assets. We often suggest bringing in professional, local photographers or videographers for certain projects and additional advertising needs.

3.) Independent Contractors pay for their own tools and supplies to complete a service or project. Employee tools and supplies are provided by and covered by the Employer. (You spend more on supplies and tools required for an Employee to carry out certain tasks).
